Rashid Khan was born to his father and mother on September 20, 1998, in his hometown in Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan.
He and his father have a tight bond. In one of his tweets, Rashid said that his father was the most significant figure in his life.
Rashid was saddened when his father passed away in December 2018. According to the bowler, his father had always taught him to have bravery in his daily existence.
Although the sportsman hasn’t shared a photo of himself with his mother, his tweets have demonstrated how much he values her. In June 2020, Rashid Khan’s mother sadly passed away following a protracted illness.
