At about 4:30 p.m., Lorenzo Algood, a 25-year-old Martinez resident, was tragically killed when his eastbound vehicle on Pacheco Boulevard collided with a properly parked pickup truck. Adam Lane of the California Highway Patrol reports that Algood suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
