He did it in the first race of the 2010 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross season at Hangtown. Eli continued his winning streak in 2014, winning the 250MX championship and the 450MX race.
He also won the 2017 AMA Motocross Championship, which came as no surprise to anyone. Unfortunately, Eli’s racing career was cut short due to a shoulder injury in 2018.
