Afterward, the men asked the doctor for the money which he refused to give them. It then led to Chew firing two shots at point-blank range.
Chang fell into the gutter and succumbed to his injuries. The cops captured the men, and a trial soon followed, granting them years-long sentences.
As the incident happened in Lang Street with no information about security cameras, the murder was likely not captured by a camera.
Adding on, there are no clips that show Dr. Victor Chang’s last moments. So, to answer the query, no, he was not killed live.
